House notes: The minimum stay is 3 nights out of High season and entry is 5pm, with Friday entry is a little later at 5.30pm.
Both our apartments have an allocated space in the shared car park adjacent to our property which will fit a small to standard family car. Very large vehicles may struggle to manoeuvre in and out, but we refund parking elsewhere if this is the case.
No smoking at all in the building.
Pets welcome (up to two dogs) but please note that there is no garden with the property. However, there are woods very nearby. Pets welcome, but please check first. We request that towels and throws are brought along to protect any furnishings, please.
There is quite a steep staircase up to this apartment from the hallway, and we do not recommend suitability for children under 5 for this reason, as it has an open entrance. Please bring a stairgate for children and pets.
Your quote includes a £100 damage deposit which is handled by Trip Advisor, but please let me know about any damage or small breakages so that we can repair or replace, ready for the next guests. Minor breakages of crockery etc will not be charged for.
We cannot arrange changeovers from Dec 23rd to the 27th or between December 30th to January 3rd
Excessive noise or disurbance to our neighbours, or the other apartment,will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave if we receive complaints.
