Minimum stay of 1 week Saturday to Saturday during peak times.
Short breaks of 4 or more days may be possible during other periods. Please enquire for prices.
1 set of Bed linen and towels per person and reasonable final cleaning included in prices. Local stay tax (kurtax) of 2,50 euros per person per night (15 years and over) charged on arrival.
All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 8 weeks before departure, together with security deposit.
If reservations are made within 8 weeks of departure, then the full balance is due at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival. Keys must be returned to the owner at the end of stay. If not, a deduction of 100 euros will be made from the security deposit.
