200 euros breakable deposit will be asked upon arrival which will be returned upon departure.
During winter, two buckets of wood will be provided. The fireplace is more for ambience during a nice evening , consequently there is a pallet stove whereby one sack of 15 kg will be given and if one wishes to keep on the fire going needs to buy pallet sacks. Point of sale is near the cottage and cost 6€ / 15kg sack which last more than 15 hr .
If keys are lost a fee of 50 euros must be paid.
Final house cleaning is included, but if the cottage is left excessively dirty 50 euros will be charged before departure.
The fireplace must be left clean
The Stove needs to be cleaned overtime before usage to prevent blocking
The rubbish is to be disposed off properly in the appropriate bins
No soiled plates/dishes should be left in the kitchen or a cleaning fee will be incurred
