Conditions for Rental Availability Covid has brought changes so we swap out all linen between lets including duvets, pillows etc. The cottage is available for rent from 5pm on Saturday until 9.00 am the next Saturday. A 30% deposit is paid when a reservation is made to guarantee the specific dates you have requested and to avoid any potential misunderstandings. The balance of rent is due 8 weeks before arrival. We are charge £50 per dog, as however well-behaved your dog may be, they do add considerably to the demands made on the cleaners during changeover as I'm sure you can appreciate. We shall ask for this payment to be made when the balance comes due six weeks before you arrive.
What's included: Rent covers the use of the cottage and all its content, including electricity and an initial wood supply.
What's not included:All breakages or damages must be paid for before departure.The cottage must be left clean and tidy.
