Two extra expenses are not included in the price but collected at the end of your stay by our concierge in Swiss Francs:

The Swiss tourist tax is ch f 4.60 per day for adults, children aged 6 to 15 pay a little less and 5 year olds & under are free.

The final clean (always depending on the state of the flat) and laundry for under 4 guests using only 2 bedrooms is between ch f 120 - 160 and for the three bedrooms it is ch f 160 - 190 for 6 guests.

Under exceptional circumstances, two can sleep in the bottom bunk bed as it is a small double, but this is really only suitable for children as it is a small bedroom and can gets rather warm since the triple glazed high windows open into the sitting room area. Under these circumstances, we open the balcony door and sitting room windows and also the bunk bedroom widows - so the small bedroom gets fresh air.
