1.Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% (NON RETURNABLE IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLATION. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO TAKE HOLIDAY INSURANCE) of the tariff price, with the balance payable at least 4 weeks before the holiday commences. 2.No refund can be made for a cancellation within 28 days of your arrival. 3.The full amount is payable on reservation made 4 weeks or less before arrival. 4.Telephone reservations will be held for 4 days. 5.Holiday properties are available from 4PM on the day of your arrival to 10AM on the day of departure. 6.Non-payment of the balance due, will be treated as a cancellation. 7.We supply all bed linen and bath towels required for each person. 8.Electricity and Gas is included in the tariff price. 9.Well-behaved dogs with responsible owners are accepted by arrangement and only in the houses. Dogs must not be left unattended either in the house or gardens at any time. A charge of £25.00 per dog per week will be made. 10.The facilities of ghlets.com houses, apartments and gardens are for the sole use of tenants. Not to share it, save with the members of the party shown on the booking form, and not to exceed the number of people shown in the property description. 11.To take good care of the property and contents and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. 12.To permit the owner and Agents reasonable access to the property. 13.Any breakages, loss or damage must be reported and paid for. 14.The owner cannot be held for responsible for the failure of public services e.g. electricity, water, gas etc but will endeavour to ensure resumption of services as quickly as possible. 15.I, the owner will not be liable for any lost, damage or injury sustained by guests unless negligence is proven. 16.The owner reserves the right to alter specifications at my discretion, without notice. 17.In the unlikely event that a property is unavailable or becomes uninhabitable before or at the time of occupancy, a suitable replacement property of the same or better standard will be provided for occupancy. The same terms and conditions will apply within that property for the duration. 18.Prices are correct at the time of printing and may alter, please confirm when booking. 19.PLEASE NOTE. All properties are let on the basis of a non-smoking occupancy. If there shall be any breach of these conditions, the owner or their agents reserve the right to re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the owner. The contract is deemed to have been made at 1 Egerton Drive, Greenwich, SE10 8JS, London, England. The proper law of the contract is English. The person signing the booking form must be a member of the party intending to occupy, be over eighteen years old, and certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form.
