For the safety and comfort of all our guests and to ensure the cleanliness of the villa we do NOT allow smoking or pets anywhere within the property or gardens.
PAYMENT METHODS - We accept payment funds transfer in GBP pounds sterling to our UK bank account or in Euros to our bank in Greece or the UK. We also accept credit or debit card via paypal.
A non-returnable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Should you need to cancel your holiday we will do our best to re-let the period for which you have cancelled and, if successful, will return your deposit minus a small charge for administration. However, if we are unable to find alternative guests your deposit will be forfeit. We can provide letters of proof for claims on holiday insurance.

CHANGEOVER DAY AND DURATION OF STAY - Changeover day is flexible. In high summer the villa is usually booked from Saturday to Saturday to fit with flights from the majority of UK airports although we do try to be flexible to fit in with flights on different days. Please enquire by phone or e-mail.
