You have to at least 25 years old to rent our house in Nordansjö. In larger groups (a total of 4 persons or more), at least two people must be 25 years old.

When you arrive you have to pay a deposit fee of 1 000 SEK to the caretaker, Ulf Tuhn.

Our caretaker meets new guests on Sundays at 3 pm and you check out at 12.00 o'clock on your departing day. He return the deposit if the cleaning and everything else is ok.

It is possible to get the cleaning done for 500 SEK / hour. Report this some days in advance to the caretaker.
