Our pricing is based on a 2-week rental period. Less than 2 weeks rental will only be accepted upon special agreements and a 20% surcharge will apply. For a 3 week stay a 10% discount will apply, and for 4 weeks 15% discount is given. We reserve the right to prioritize long rental periods over short. Additional days to whole weeks will be pro-rated. Cost includes exit cleaning and laundry, water (maximum 6 MT/week) and electric power (maximum 500 kWh/week June-september, maximum 300 kWh rest of year). We reserve the right to risk assess the customer in each case based on previous experience and set the damage deposit accordingly. Use of propane for gas or central heating is billed.
