It is £12.00 per night per extra person over 2 people Note: Price = total of people booked for the villa. 1 - 4 people booked in = 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms available - To use 3 bedroom & bathroom by arrangement only + an extra payment is required. No smoking in house, outside ok, dont throw cigarette or litter in the garden. Nice residential Area. No undue noise. Interior cushions etc. not for use outside cannot cope with sunlight & chlorine.
