All rentals are inclusive of linen and towels. There is free WiFi. Electricity and phone use are charged at cost.
We request a 25% deposit, receipt of which makes the booking firm. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a cost of £25 per week. The balance should be paid 4 weeks prior to your rental together with a separate security cheque for £200. This is refunded once the house has been checked after your stay.
