THE PRICES ARE FOR 4 PEOPLE (the maximum capacity of the villa).

- Heating fee only charged in winter season (24th October to 30th March).
- Air Conditioning in the rooms and kitchen are included in the price except in the winter season (24th October to 30th March) a heating fee can be charged.
- Cleaning service has a fee. (mid-stay cleaning service for 14 nights).
- Refundable breakage deposit: 150 Eur.
- Welcome Pack on arrival included.
Check-in / Check-out information:
- Check-in starting from 17:30h (5:30 pm) on arrival date;
- Check-out until 11:00h (11 am) on departure date (flexible check-in/out, it can be organized with the owner).
Meeting point options:
1) we meet the guests at the airport (at the car hire desk) and follow us to the villa (in the way we show around central points of reference in Loulé like the market, supermarkets, hypermarket, restaurants, shops,..) or
2) sat nav coord are provided to arrive directly to the villa.
