The price includes: water, gas, electricity; towels, bed linens and pool towels; WI-FI internet connection; welcome buffet composed by: cold cuts and cheese, wine, water, fruit juice and assorted bread; baby cot and highchair.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): final cleaning: Euro 400.00; air conditioning (if used): on consumption, Euro 0.50 / Kw; heating (if used): on consumption, Euro 0.50 / Kw; city tax: Euro 1 per person per day (for the first 7 days for each guest, not applicable for children under 14 years); indoor heated pool and sauna (if used, on request - to be booked in advance): Euro 450.00.
Extra services (upon request): extra bed (max 6): Euro 80 per week; additional maid service: Euro 17.00 per hour; towels and bed linens change: Euro 20 per room.
Keys deposit: Euro 1,500.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
