The price includes: electricity, water, gas; towels and bed linen (with mid-week change for weekly stay) + 1 pool towel per person per week; daily cleaning (2 persons for 2 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays); air conditioning/refreshment of air; heating; Wi-Fi internet connection.
The price excludes (to be paid to the property): final cleaning: Euro 500.00.
Extra services (on request): fitness house (available from May 01 to September 30): Euro 150 per day (with exclusive use for the first clients who reserve it) + Euro 100 of final cleaning.
Keys deposit: Euro 1,000.00 in cash or credit card (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
