ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
OPTIONAL EXTRAS -Payable locally on Arrival.please order in advance.
1.- Arrival / Departure The property will be available for occupancy on arrival by at latest 3 pm. On your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 11 am. These times are flexible whenever possible. We meet you at the resort on arrival with the keys.
2. Late Arrivals. We monitor flight information and our staff will always be waiting for you. Even if you experience a substantial flight delay. If you arrive in resort after 22.00 Hours and before midnight there is a 30EUR out of hours charge. This increases to 50EUR after midnight and before 08.00 am. 3.- Late Check Out. We cannot always guarantee this to be available as we regularly have same day turnarounds. If the incoming occupants are a late arrival you can pay an extra 25EUR for a late clean and stay on in the property until your flight. If you need the certainty of a late check out you can always book an extra night in advance at a discounted price.

5. IPTV State of the art IPTV entertainment system can be provided.. A premium channel subscription system with in excess of 500 UK ( BBC ITV etc) Irish, American TV channels Premium channels include Sky Sports/ Movies,Kids Channels and music TV . Also UK Radio and music selection 100s of Box Sets 1000s of Films on Demand. French German Scandinavian and Italian TV also available. Changed at 25.00EUR per week. 6.-Welcome Pack / Provisions from 30.EUR. Our staff will willingly shop on your behalf. Please order in advance. Please note the major supermarkets close at 9pm daily and all day Sundays. There are late night convenience stores.(rather expensive)
7. - Extra Beds Sturdy folding extra beds with linen ( bedding and towels) can be provided. The charge is 6 EUR per night payable locally on arrival. Please order in advance
8. Cots High Chairs can be provided. We have sets of as new cot, mattress, linen, and high chair. These items are changed annually to ensure a high standard. The sets are available at 6EUR per night per set payable locally on arrival. Please order in advance.
9.- Beach / Pool Towels. Are not provided. If you do not wish to bring the extra weight of beach towels in your luggage we have beach towels for hire at 5EUR each. Please order in advance. We provide white hand towels and bath towels/ bath sheets for use in the property.
10. Executive Transfer. Available at reasonable rates for airport pick up drop off, tours and local visits. Ideal for clients without a vehicle or who prefer not to drive.(contact for details)
11. Hire Cars. We offer low cost discounted rates from major operators - vehicles collected and returned to the Airport or available in Marbella. (contact for rates)
