A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to be paid at time of booking
A returnable security deposit of Eur 250 will be required upon arrival to cover loss or damage to the property or its contents.
There is a charge for use of the air conditioning system. There is a local charge of Euro 80 for cleaning.
There is an optional charge for bedlinen and domestic towels:
- Bedlinen: Eur 10 per person per holiday
- Domestic Towels: Eur 10 per person per holiday
Guests may bring their own bedlinen and towels if preferred.
There is a local Tourist Tax of €0.99 per adult per day up to a maximum of 7 days, this is payable upon arrival.
