It may be necessary to vary the guest rates subject to group sizes.If guests are only booking part of the Casa Naranjos ie for say 2 people (which is less than the full potential of 8 people and therefore at the lower rate), the garden apartment may be offered, or possibly the two floors duplex, ie a booking for up to 4 people may not have access to the full house, unless specifically requested and reflected within the agreed guest fee. There is an additional cleaning fee payable locally and directly to the housekeeper of €125 euros for upto 4 people and €165 for 5-8 people per week. Long term stays ie over 21 days are required to pay their electricity in addition too. Excessive electricity consumption is payable by guests - full details are provided, before a booking is confirmed.
