Payment is only accepted in the local currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner /advertiser. As [per the rental rates.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the property .The full rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to the start date this must be settled & cleared in the bank before arrival. This is non refunable in cases of cancellation.

A 300€ damage deposit is held during the stay & returned upon check - out in full subject to no damages.

There is an additional cleaning & laundry charge from 70€ depending on occupancy numbers. If extra cleaning & laundry is required during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost with the cleaner.
Please note all long term rentals are subject to negotiation with the owner.

Monthly lettings span the whole Calendar Month. The 1st & last Saturday of the Month to the nearest date to run concurrently. No split months.

Monthly rentals are by negotiation with the owner High season.

Changeover days can be negotiated during off peak seasons. High season subject to availability & by negotiation.
