House Rules


-We would prefer our guests to refrain from smoking in the apartment but if they must they should do so only in the bathroom.
according to the rules of the tourist office in Rome guests should pay the stay tax. the amount is two euro per person per day. that can not be applied for stays longer than ten days stay but we have decided to offer it to our guests.


-We do not allow animals.

-If you are staying for a period longer than a week and we can arrange for the apartment to be cleaned but with an added expense price.

We usually ask a deposit caution for damages of 300 euro for a stay not longer than two weeks that we will give back to guests in case of no damages.. Please, notice that in case of a stay longer than two weeks the deposit fee has to be negotiated. We apply a monthly price lower than 4 weeks price, obviously.
