# RENTAL CONDITIONS :
- CHECK IN : from 16:00 to 19:00 (late check-in with extra fee)

- REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (required) : 750 euros by credit card imprint due before check-in time, refundable few days after check-out if no damage cause to the property.
