These rental tariffs are inclusive of all utility charges except the monthly and winter rentals, which are quoted exclusive of utility costs.

For monthly and winter rentals, electricity, water and heating costs are charged at cost and renters will be required to leave a deposit which will be refunded less any outstanding charges at the end of their stay.

Off-peak tariffs are available for any six month period which includes both Christmas and Easter.
