Check-in / Check out times: • Check-in: 14.00 pm or later (early check-in subject to availability) • Check-out: by 11.00 am (late check-out subject to availability) Payment Terms: • A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. • Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. • If the balance is not received 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we have the right to cancel your booking. Cancellation Policy: • 46 days or more prior to arrival: 30% fee • 30-45 days prior to arrival : 50% fee • 15-29 days prior to arrival : 75% fee • 14 days or less prior to arrival : 100%
