ELECTRICITY CHARGES : from 15/09 to 30/04
10 kilowatts per overnight stay is included in thé rent specified in paragraph 2. Beyond this flat rate, electricity consomption is invoiced according to thé french electricity supplier (EDF) prices, being 0,127 euros (incl. taxes) a kilowatt consumed during off-peak hours and 0,1575 euros (incl. taxes) during peak hours.
At thé beniging and end of thé rental, the lessor will read thé electricity meter with thé tenant. The tenant shall sign the meter reading document. the extra charges are deducted from the deposit which will be returned to the tenant within 10 days after the end of the rental.
