Prices include cleaning after leaving and towels and bed linen. After visiting with a dog you pay 20£ for an extra cleaning. Please tell the owner if you are travelling with a dog. Kindly ask for a quote for a longer stay.
25% deposit required to confirm booking and final amount 8 weeks before holiday begins. Fee is non-refundable after this point
With the final payment £100 refundable deposit is reguired for possible damages. This is returned after clients have left and property is checked.
Property needs to be vacated by 10.00am to allow cleaning. Access is after 3pm.
