Valid rates for 1-2 pax. Increase of 10 USD / night for each additional pax, up to maximum of 4 pax. A baby up to 2 years can stay free in available craddle without applying the next rate for more pax. In any case, the maximum capacity is 4 pax (of any age) + 1 baby up to 2 years.

Up to 2 pets allowed with a cost of 10 USD / booking for each pet.

Power consumption included: 10 kWh per night of stay. The excess of consumption will be paid by the tenant with a rate of 0.50 USD per kWh exceeded.
