Servicing: one visit : £30

There is a damage deposit from £200 depending on length of stay. This will be refunded after any deductions mentioned above*.

Payment by:
Cheque. This is the easiest way of taking payment if you both live in the same country or have a UK Bank Account because there will not be any additional charges to either party. The cheque must be cleared before the booking can be confirmed.

Bank Transfer. Guests should be aware they have to cover any bank charges incurred for a foreign transfer.

PayPal is the popular online system that allows simple transfers between two online accounts. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit card online through the PayPal system. This method transfers money instantly, making it ideal for last minute bookings. However it is subject to a transfer charge from Paypal so do check.

A receipt will be issued upon cleared funds and an email will be sent to you upon booking confirming the amount required and when. Your booking cannot be confirmed until payment has cleared.

The deposit refund is usually able to be made after 31 days and in the manner which you request.
