To secure your holiday a 1000 pounds deposit per week is required to remove your dates from sale and this is non refundable if cancellation occurs. We will however happily supply you with a cancellation letter to claim on your holiday insurance. A breakages deposit of 500 pounds is required and is refunded in full if there are no damages.The holiday balance is due 90 days before arrival date and the breakages deposit at the same time
Please ensure the bbq is cleaned and the villa left as you found it. The cleaning if it is a mess will be deducted from the breakages
