Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.Booking notes: Payment terms 30% deposit at the time of booking is essential. Deposits are non-refundable and balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged. Cancellation before arrival 4-6 weeks 50% of rate refunded, 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded, less than 2 weeks no refund. Prices include all taxes. Special discounts for early/ late booking. Maid service two times per day, linen and towels change every 3 days, are included at the price. We also provide you a complimentary hamper which contains: wine, mineral water, orange juice and original Greek products. In the house you will also find a guide with tips of the island.
