Please note: these prices may exclude fees and can vary depending on when you stay and how long for. Prices are also subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.

•For bookings: 30% of rental rates is due on reservation time. Full payment is due 30 days before Arrival date.
A refundable damage deposit of € 300 is due on arrival. The sum will be refunded on departure date.
Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning € 150, stays exceeding 7 days it is obligatory cleaning service on Saturdays for € 100 (for each Saturday) to be paid on site.
High Season, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter: minimum stay 1 week.
•Rental rates include:
- One set of bed and bath linen per week;
- Utility costs (for example electricity), excluding central heating.
•Rental rates do not include:
- End-of-stay cleaning (€ 150) and weekly cleaning service (€100 that include 2hrs house cleanings, bed and bathroom linen change, 2 pool cleanings);
- Central-heating (payment according to consumption (€ 1,50lt)).
