A 25% deposit per week is required at time of booking, non -refundable if booking is cancelled. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a refundable breakages/ damage of £200. This will be refunded within two weeks of the end of your stay, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal.
Cleaning fee is £75.
Maximum 2 well behaved dogs accepted - £25 charge per pet for extra cleaning services.
Saturday changeover date during July/ August.
