All bed linen, towels and pool towels are including. End of stay cleaning is included, however £50 will be charged if the hob/ oven/ fridge requires cleaning. Normal heating of the house is included in the price however pool heating, if required, will be charged on usage at £50 per week. Please note the prices reflect the fact that the pool is usually closed off out of season (mid Autumn - Early Spring). An initial supply of logs will be provided in Winter months only, further supplies can then be purchased from either the convenience store in Parcay or SuperU in the village of Vernoil. A Damage Deposit will be held on account - if there is any charge applicable for pool heating as detailed above along with any agreed damages (if incurred) these will be deducted from the damage deposit at the end of your stay.
