The prices quoted are for the whole property, regardless of the number of people staying. Full single/double bedlinen and towels are provided, please specify your requirements at the time of booking.

50% of the total rental is required as a deposit to hold a booking, with the remaining 50% due 28 days before departure. 100% of the rental is due at the time of booking if departure is within 28 days.

A discount of 10% is available on booking of three weeks or more (except in August).

A £50 refundable discount is required against damage and breakages. Any damage or breakages should be reported. It is the responsibility of guests to arrange their own travel insurance.
