Weekend rates are priced at £30 per night - this covers May - September and bank holidays.
April, September, October - £25 per night
November, December, January, February £15 per night
Holding deposit of £100 is required, to be refunded within two weeks of your return (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due 4 weeks before you stay to secure booking.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP.
Payment in Euros can be made by transfer.
