The property sleeps a maximum of 7 + 1 infant cot.
Some pets are allowed at the discretion of the owners. Please ask before booking.
Smoking is not allowed within the House. We advise that if you smoke, you should please smoke outside. Should you smoke inside the house, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of ridding the house of the smell.
All bookings from the 27/June/2020 to 29/August/2020 must commence OR end on Saturday. Otherwise, please contact us before using the instant book feature.
Please note that you will need to contact us by phone or email if you are arriving less than 72hours from the date of booking to arrange for the key.
All prices include Electricity, heating and hot/cold water. However, if you require additional services, such as a cook, cleaner, shopping assistance, and chauffeur etc, additional cost will apply. A 30% of rental cost deposit is required. Confirmation of your booking will be sent as soon as possible after your deposit has been received. A security damage deposit of 300 euros per booking and is fully refundable on your return, subject to any damage claims. This is payable together with the booking payment. It is imperative that you take out appropriate insurance cover to protect you against all liability. Please inform us if you need additional days as we may be able to facilitate you.
