Weekly cleaning costs: 200,00 Euro/week.
Safety payment: 1000,00 Euro (one time).
The rent will be in June until October from saturday till saturday for at least 7 nights. When there is a rent period between at least 3 nights and 7 nights, there will be charged an extra fee of 25,00 Euro/per person for washing the linen.
The rent price is including gaz, electric, water, wifi, taxes and a welcome basket.
