The price includes all the apartment services and amenities ( electricity, heating, air conditioned, 24/24 free internet Wi-Fi, linens, towels, bathroom courtesy line, coffee and tea facilities ), Taxes.
40% Booking Deposit.
Balance due 7 days before arrival.
A fully refundable security deposit is required on arrival.
Check in will be between 9:00 a.m. and 07:30 p.m. on the arrival day. In case of check in/check out outside office hours therefore Monday to Friday before 9,00 a.m. and after 7,30 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays an extra charge of 30 euro will be applied.
