We accept only payment of the rental sum by bank transfer.
35% is due within 7 days of our reservation confirmation. 65% is due not later than 42 days prior to your arrival date.
change over days are saturdays, minimum stay is 1 week. We only rent per week.

Electricity is not included in the rental price. We charge you upon departure the usage in your apartment as measured by the meter. At real cost of the energy company so there is no surcharge. usually this amounts to only some tenths of euro per week.

Tourist tax is 1,50 euro per night per person. Maximum for 7 nights. children are free up to 14 years age.

Our representative whoo welcomes you, asks upon your arrival in cash the due tourist tax and a security deposit of 250 euro per apartment. Upon departure she hands you back the security deposit if no intentional damage to our property was caused.

Cancellation policy: 35% of the rental sum until 42 days before arrival date, 90% until 10 days and 100% there after.
