There are no extras. All electricity and water (including the substantial cost of maintaining a large warm infinity pool at 30°C / 86°F year round) is included in the rates, as is cleaning. Quality bed linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own mobile phones for calls. 20% deposit is payable upon booking. Security Bond of 500 Euros to cover damage or inventory losses at the time of final payment, refundable immediately on departure.
