Oil & Electricity are metered and charged prior to your departure. As is a cleaning fee of £70. A charge for dogs £20 may be applied. A 20% deposit per weekly booking is required to confirm accommodation. This deposit will be refunded if booking completed and full payment made 6 weeks prior to occupancy. Otherwise deposit will be forfeited. The property may be rented for minimum 3 nights or a weekend according to availability in low and mid-season only.
