All quotes include the following discounts:
10% Early or last minute booking discount
20% Combined discount for early bookings or last minute bookings of 14 days or more
Rental Conditions:
Rental periods are for a minimum of one week, but a shorter stay can be negotiated if necessary
An additional deposit of £100 (or euro equivalent) is required to secure a booking and will be returned within 21 days subject to a satisfactory inspection
Balance of rental fee is due 2 weeks before intended stay
Smokers are welcome, but smoking on the outside balcony areas is encouraged
Airport transfers, extra cleaning and key service can be arranged for an additional fee
All guests are required to leave the apartment by 12pm lunchtime on their day of departure so that the apartments can be prepared for the next guest, but please be aware that when possible we like to allow visitors to stay for as long as required if the next booking is not immediate thereafter. Please email, text or call a couple of days before you are due to leave and I will advise accordingly
All quotes include exclusive use of communal pool and gymnasium area, wifi, electricity, water and air-conditioning charges & there are no extra fees to pay
Please note that we have 2 apartments available, so any date changes can normally be accommodated
We also endeavor to support our guests every step of the way and prior to your visit you will be provided with all instructional guides including a map, useful numbers sheet, wifi, electric gate codes, home movie centre instructions and travel guide and we are always available by email or phone to answer any of your questions
