All rates are quoted in EUR (€) including final cleaning, VAT, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, pool maintenance, use of 2 bicycles, kayak. Bed linen and towels are exchanged on a weekly basis. Washing machine on the premises. In order to guarantee a reservation a deposit payment is required. Extra cleaning service is available upon request. (Charge)A refundable damage deposit of € 400,- is payable upon arrival.Credit cards accepted: Mastercard and Visa. Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am. Pet allowed at the villa, EUR 10,- supplement per day.
