All rates are quoted in EUR including final cleaning, VAT, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, pool maintenance, 2 bicycles, and kayak. Bed linen and towels are exchanged weekly. A washing machine is on the premises. To guarantee a reservation, a deposit is required. Extra cleaning service is available upon request (extra charge). A refundable damage deposit of € 400,- is payable upon arrival. Credit cards accepted: Mastercard and Visa. Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am. Pets not allowed at the villa.
