We accept bookings for minimum 3 days There is a charge of 55 Euros for end of stay cleaning and laundry for one week(1-7 days) 2 weeks(7-14 days)90€ This is not included in the rental rate above as it is payable direct to our housekeeper on arrival at the villa. a mid-stay change of linen and towels is 25 Euros.

The above rates are based on 4 guests. We make no additional charge for a child in a cot but for an extra person using either our sofa bed or single folding bed we make a nominal additional charge of £50 per week plus 15 Euros for laundry.

We have installed WI-Fi for the use of our guests. Rather that increasing the rental price for everyone, WI-Fi is available for those who want it at a small supplement of £15 per week.

To save your having to pack large towels, we have purchased beach towels which you can borrow at a nominal charge of 5 Euros per towel per week to cover the washing.

Payment of rent can be made by cheque or bank transfer. You are also welcome to pay by credit card via Holiday Lettings. The cleaning and laundry charge is payable to our housekeeper on arrival.
