The villa is normally available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10am on day of departure. We will try and accommodate early arrivals or late departures subject to other bookings.
A deposit of 25% will be requested to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of €250 is required with the final payment which will then be refunded within 2 weeks of departure. The villa will be cleaned prior to arrival and for stays of 2 weeks or more linen is changed weekly.
Strictly no smoking inside the house.
Airport pick ups and drop-offs can be arranged (subject to a local charge).
