A Refundable £150 security deposit is paid with the balance and refunded within 10 days of the completion of the holiday. There is a cleaning fee of £50.
For arrivals after 20.00 hours and on Sundays there is an additional charge of 10 euros for 'meet and greet' payable to the keyholder on arrival.
