Minimum stay of 1 week Saturday to Saturday OR Sunday to Sunday during peak times.
Short breaks of 3 or more days may be possible during other periods. Please enquire for prices.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included in prices. Local stay tax (kurtax) of 2,50 euros per person per night payable on arrival (for people 15 years and over).
All bookings are subject to a 30% deposit at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 8 weeks before departure, together with security deposit.
If reservations are made within 10 weeks of departure, then the full balance is due at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival. Keys must be returned to the owner at the end of stay. If not, a deduction of 100 euros will be made from the security deposit.
