The prices are per week. The prices are based on 2 people sharing. However, the apartment with use of the sofa-bed can be suitable for up to 4 people We do provisionally hold dates should you require time to arrange flights etc.The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your arrival date. We also require a £150 key deposit one month prior to travel, which will be returned (subject to satisfactory inspection on your departure) within 2 weeks of you leaving the property. If guests are leaving on a changeover day they must vacate the property by 10am, and if arriving on a changeover day, then they can only have access after 2pm. In either case provision can be made for your luggage.
