Bookings exceeding 4 guests will be subject to a £10 charge per additional guest per night (minimum £20 charge). Deposit of £100 payable on booking. Electricity, gas and unlimited wifi access are included in the price. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival .A £75 Security deposit (£100 if a dog is in the party) is required and will be returned within 10 days following departure. Well behaved, small mature pets considered. A £75 charge is made for a pet (please state age and breed at when enquiring). Discounts given to couples using one bedroom and one bathroom. Discounts sometimes given for late bookings. Minimum stay is 3 nights at weekends (Friday - Monday) and 4 nights mid week (Monday - Friday).
