A deposit of £100 is required to hold the booking. The full rental cost is required 8 weeks prior to departure; the initial deposit then acts as a refundable security deposit to protect owner against damage and negligence. This deposit will be refunded within 1 week of return if the apartment is left in a satisfactory manner and all keys returned.

We have a British contact who can arrange any extras prior to your arrival or during your stay (airport transfers, welcome pack, travel cot, high chair, wheelchair, mid-stay cleans, etc). Please enquire. The apartment is fully cleaned prior to arrival.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
Tennis racquets/balls are available for use during your stay in the apartment.
We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with entry/departure times. However, if we have departures and arrivals on the same day, we would expect guests to leave by 11 am on the day of departure to accommodate new guests who would not obtain access until 3 pm.
