Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

NOTE: Bookings made more than eight weeks before the start of the rental period requires a 25% deposit. Full payment must be made eight weeks prior to start of rental. Bookings made with less than eight weeks before start of rental must be paid in full. A security deposit of £200 is required with final payment by seperate cheque. This is held to cover the cost of any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning to the property, it's contents or pool and will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure date in full or minus any necessary costs. You will be informed before any deductions are made.
